The package comes with the Nintendo 3DS game, game case, a wireless portal, Super Stealth Elf figure, Hammer Slam Bowser figure, and the Clown Cruiser vehicle. When Bowser races with the Clown Cruiser it becomes super charged. The Bowser figure also works as an Amiibo.

Skylanders Superchargers Racing Starter Pack is all about racing. In fact that is what this game is. It is like a Mario Kart. One major difference is Skylanders Superchargers Racing Starter Pack has land, sea, and air races. There are also different things to do in Skylanders Superchargers Racing Starter Pack. Like collect and drop off sheep, and knock a certain number of Chompies off the race course in a specific time limit.

What impressed me the most about Skylanders Superchargers Racing Starter Pack is all the different race courses. If your family does not own a land or sea vehicle in Skylanders Superchargers Racing, then the game will loan you one for that race. There is one catch though. Loaner vehicles can not be leveled up and made better like a vehicle you own.

If you have Skylanders from previous games it is very wise to scan them into Skylanders Superchargers Racing Starter Pack on the Nintendo 3DS. Their types will unlock different sections of this game. Which will unlock new levels, and upgrades to vehicles. If you are missing a specific Skylander type, then you will not be able to access certain side portions of Skylanders Superchargers Racing Starter Pack. It will not hamper your ability to play and beat this hand held racing game.

There is Internet play, and local play in Skylanders Superchargers Racing Starter Pack. You will need two Nintendo 3DS/2DS devices, and two copies of the Skylanders Superchargers Racing Starter Pack video game.
