Space Lift Danger Panic

The migration from apps to the Nintendo platform is now entering the classification of a deluge. Space Lift Danger Panic is the latest app to port over to a Nintendo controlled video game machine. This 3DS game is interesting to cover for a couple of reasons.

These people on this planet in a far, far away galaxy (no technical relation to Star Wars) are falling to their doom. The bottom screen has spikes on the edge. If the people falling from the top of the screen touch the spikes they explode in a disturbing manner.

One thing that helps Space Lift Danger Panic is its Atari 2600 looking graphics. Okay, okay, all joking aside, the graphics in Space Lift Danger Panic look a bit better than an Atari 2600 game. I decided this thirteen and older only downloadable hand held video game fits under the retro umbrella.

The music in Space Lift Danger Panic is exciting, and upbeat. It can get old after awhile. What is worse is missing a person and having them explode. That freaked me out each and every single time. Plus I felt horrible that I did not save them with a teleportation circle.

I forgot to mention that didn't I? We save the people in Space Lift Danger Panic by tapping on the bottom screen. A nice sized circle appears that stays for a few seconds. The goal is to anticipate where the people are falling and put a teleportation circle in their path. That way they magical are saved.

In the beginning it is very easy to save people in Space Lift Danger Panic. In later levels this game gets tough. What is even more tough is we can only lose a couple and it is game over. Space Lift Danger Panic did not let me continue a level after failing miserably. It is easy to retry any level in Space Lift Danger Panic though.
