Conveni Dream

I am thankful Family Friendly Gaming was provided a reviewable copy of Conveni Dream on the Nintendo 3DS. This hand held video game is a digital download only. Families are not granted the opportunity to purchase this game at their local retailers. I would love to see a way for games like Conveni Dream to make it to the retail chains in the physical copy format. Or to be sold directly to consumers in the physical copy format.

Conveni Dream is a cute looking game with some neat music. Players run their own shop. They hire workers, purchase product, and sell to consumers. Players must look out for thieves, drunks, and angry customers. If the player catches the shoplifter they are forced to pay for the product. Cashiers can also get unhappy and need to be tapped on in Conveni Dream.

Tapping is the main game play mechanic in Conveni Dream. We tap shelves to stock them. We tap empty spaces to add some kind of shelf, refrigerator, etc. Owners of the store also have to send employees to clean out the trash can in front of the store. Trash can also accumulate within the store. The same concept applies. An employee needs to clean the trash inside the store.

Conveni Dream is realistic for a cute little hand held game. The concepts of running a business are found within Conveni Dream on the Nintendo 3DS. Which means Conveni Dream can be a really good game for people who want to be an entrepreneur. Players learn to try and make more money each day than they have going out. Stores are only open for so many hours a day in Conveni Dream. This can be fast forwarded if you want it to go faster.

Families earn experience points in Conveni Dream for a plethora of different things. Like a customer coming in, purchasing something, and more. At the end of each day Conveni Dream saves. Make sure you go through the entire tutorial in Conveni Dream before going back to the home menu. Otherwise your progress is lost. I enjoyed playing Conveni Dream on the 3DS. This is my kind of a game.
