Giant Machines 2017
SCORE: 70
I like construction equipment and other large vehicles. I never
thought anyone would come up with a game like Giant Machines 2017. This
Personal Computer (PC) video game is all about these huge monster
machines. We have to climb all over some of them to get them set up to
work on. The size of these machines is insane. I did not even realize
such large machines existed.
Family Friendly Gaming was given a digital download code for Giant
Machines 2017 on Steam. I could not find a physical copy of Giant
Machines 2017 in the United States. Which is a massive downer for the
millions upon millions of families that live in the physical copy
movement. Plus it is a loss of a sale for the companies that develop and
publish Giant Machines 2017.
The loading time in Giant Machines 2017 is a bit long. Sadly that is the
new norm in most video games in this day and age. We may have waited
here and there for disc games to load but it was spaced out and I never
really minded. The wait time with a cartridge game is much lower too. I
am not big on the direction the industry is taking by loading from a
hard drive. Which is why retro gaming is becoming more and more popular.
The vehicles in Giant Machines 2017 look good. I liked looking at them.
Giant Machines 2017 sounds good too. There is verbal as well as written
instructions on what to do in Giant Machines 2017. There is a small area
that shows where the next objective is and how far away it is. I never
got lost in Giant Machines 2017. Oh you can die in Giant Machines 2017.
Falling off one of these giant machines is not suggested.
Big machines are really slow in Giant Machines 2017. I assume that is
how they are in real life. I do not have any real world experience with
any of this equipment. I don't think many people have. The keyboard
controls with the mouse to look around can be painful in some areas.
Especially with turning around and going a different direction. I also
got vehicles stuck in a few places and had to restart the level. A few
times I got my character stuck somewhere trying to climb up steep steps.
There are plenty of really glitchy simulator video games out there. Like
that one with the trash trucks. Giant Machines 2017 is a definite step
above them. Giant Machines 2017 is sadly not at the level of say Farming
Simulator games, especially on the consoles and hand helds. With that
stated I do like Giant Machines 2017. I like these mega machines and I
like completing the missions.
