Go Rally

I wondered how good a Rally game could be on the iOS platform. I mean how massively large are the PC and home console Rally video games? The ones we have played here at Family Friendly Gaming have been massive. So I not sure if Go Rally would be more Micro Machines or more Rally racer. There is some good to Go Rally, and some bad. Let us get into it.

The good is the small graphics look nice in Go Rally. Cars look like cars, trees look like trees and more. The music in Go Rally is nice to listen to. The cars rev as expected in Go Rally as well. There are multiple different kinds of control schemes in Go Rally. Do you like to work on track editors? If you do then Go Rally has you covered since there is a track editor in it.

The bad in Go Rally is the controls are very touchy. I could not find a way to fix the sensitivity in any of the control schemes. Like most Rally games, Go Rally is hard. In fact I could never place above sixth place in Go Rally. That was on easy. Not very easy then. There are also the glitches, crashes and other bugs in Go Rally. I tried Go Rally on multiple different devices. They all crashed in different places.

I wish Go Rally was more stable. There are plenty of tracks to play in. Problem is some of them were never accessible on certain devices. I also wish the controls Go Rally had some kind of sensitivity adjustment. I had more problems with the controls in Go Rally than any other iOS video game all year long. Which is a shame because this game has some real promise.

I like the idea of a track editor in Go Rally. That way you can be a game designer. Wait shouldn't families get paid for the levels they create? After all it is their intellectual property. Go Rally requires you agree with their terms and services before playing. In fact if you reject the terms and services you can not play Go Rally. I personally wanted to make certain modifications to the contract. I disagree with being forced to agree to something to play a game.
