Gotham Season One
SCORE: 37
There are plenty of video games, and movies that after playing
them/watching them I immediately know they are for adults only. Gotham
Season One is definitely for adults only. There are some gross,
disgusting, and disturbing images in this television show that was not
rated. I am shocked some of the morbid, and dark content was allowed.
Stuff that will make any sane person lose their appetite.
I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming was financially blessed enough
to purchase Gotham Season One on Black Friday 2015. It was only ten
dollars, so I do not feel like a massive amount of money was wasted.
This review is coming from that purchase, and it can be used by curious
families to avoid this television show at all costs. It is like the
creators took a check list of all the offensive stuff they could do, and
included it.
Gotham Season One has death, gore, blood, violence, enticement to lust,
theft, lies, murder, deceit, bad language, brutality, torture, attacks
on Biblical marriage, sexual deviancy, and more. Cops are corrupt in
Gotham Season One, and so are the politicians. Detective Jim Gordon is
partnered up with Detective Bullock. Gordon fights against the
corruption, and eventually makes progress throughout the season.
Oswald Cobblepot, and Edward Nygma are some of the most interesting
characters in Gotham Season One. Detective Bullock is another one. I
went from like Penguin to disliking him depending on how he behaved.
Nygma is an interesting character at first that slips into madness by
the end of the season. Selina Kyle helps Bruce Wayne in numerous
episodes of Gotham Season One. She is also showing dark tendencies.
Gotham Season One starts with the Wayne murders and shows how deprived,
and backwards the city of Gotham actually is. We are a long way off from
Batman in Gotham Season One. But it is stepping closer bit by bit. Fish
Mooney is one of the worst characters in Gotham Season One. She is very
predictable I will give her that. She fails at attempts of taking over
the criminal empire.
There are numerous look at me bonus features on the six discs of Gotham
Season One that takes 968 minutes to watch. They are Gotham Invented,
Gotham Designing the Fiction, The Game of Cobblepot, Gotham the Legend
Reborn, DC Comics Night at Comic-Con 2014, Presenting Gotham, The Flash,
Constantine and Arrow, Character Profiles, Gag Reel, and Unaired Scenes.
