Lego Dimensions A-Team Fun Pack
SCORE: 65
If you read the Lego Dimensions Ninjago Sensei Wu Fun Pack review
then you already know I did one of those buy one get one free deals at a
local retailer. Lego Dimensions A-Team Fun Pack was the other one I got.
Which for me makes the price of Lego Dimensions Fun Packs about where
they should be. You should also know that the PR and Marketing for
Warner Bros Interactive failed us miserably. I don't know what their
problem is, and I am not going to dwell on it. In the interest of full
disclosure it is mentioned.
Lego Dimensions A-Team Fun Pack comes with B.A. Baracus, and B.A.'s Van.
We can move the mohawk of B.A. Baracus around on the Lego figure. He is
also holding a rather large wrench. The van in Lego Dimensions A-Team
Fun Pack is very sturdy and stable. I love holding it because I am not
afraid it will fall to pieces. Which is sadly what happens with too many
other vehicles under the Lego Dimensions umbrella.
I actually had Lego Dimensions lock up on me when I tried to use Lego
Dimensions A-Team Fun Pack. I guess it had trouble downloading the DLC
for the A-Team little area. Which has gotten a bit better than the first
year of Lego Dimensions. Not a whole lot though. Which is a continued
knock against Lego Dimensions - small areas for massive amounts of
money.
There is a Battle Arena that comes along with Lego Dimensions A-Team Fun
Pack. I messed around with capture the flag a bit. Four characters steal
the flags of others and hold it for points. I think we got more points
for bringing it back to our flag. I did that a few times but did not pay
attention to the points. It is an interesting diversion in Lego
Dimensions. It give us one more thing to do.
I noticed A-Team music while playing in the A-Team area that Lego
Dimensions A-Team Fun Pack unlocked for us. B.A. Baracus can also throw
dynamite if you need that skill. He can repair things which is a handy
skill in parts of the Lego Dimensions game. Both the figure and the
vehicle come with a gold base. Which distinguishes them from the first
year of Lego Dimensions.
