Open Season Scared Silly
SCORE: 78
I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming was provided the Blu-ray +
DVD package of Open Season Scared Silly. This animated movie from Sony
Pictures Animation takes around eighty-five minutes to watch. The core
of Open Season Scared Silly is to help Boog overcome his fear of
werewolves. Elliot's plan is to scare the fear out of him. Never mind
Elliot is to blame for Boog's fear in the first place.
Expect plenty of humor in Open Season Scared Silly. Some of it is in the
toilet. I actually mean that literally. When you see the beaver come out
you will understand. The flight scene in the water plane is one of the
best parts of this movie. There is a really cool hunter character in
Open Season Scared Silly. There is also a lame sheriff, and some even
worse tree hugger characters.
The voice acting in Open Season Scared Silly is really good. I
appreciate the talent of the voice actors in this movie. The graphics
start in black and white as the horror story is being told. It then
changes into a normal color animated film after that. There are plenty
of silly parts in Open Season Scared Silly. I wonder how Elliot survived
that long making so many mistakes. Like his seeee-crets.
The bonus features in this package are Bloopers and Outtakes, Stepping
into the spotlight Mr Weenie's Process, Scaredy Pants The Fears of Open
Season Scared Silly, Feature Commentary with Director David Feiss and
Writer Carlos Kotkin, Super Speedy Recap, and Director Profile David
Feiss. I really enjoyed the Bloopers and Outtakes in Open Season Scared
Silly personally.
Open Season Scared Silly has the strangest obsession with interpretative
dance. Maybe the writers are trying to culture those of us not into that
kind of a thing. Maybe it was the silliest thing they could think of.
After all Silly is one of the words in the name of this film. I enjoyed
Open Season Scared Silly. It is not as funny as say Hotel Transylvania 2
but it is safer for families. Since there is only one monster in Open
Season Scared Silly. And the main lesson is to overcome your fears by
facing them.
