Super Dungeon Bros
SCORE: 60
My dad is really good at finding games that look fun for me and my
brother. He requested a reviewable copy of Super Dungeon Bros. Guess
what? We received a digital download code for Super Dungeon Bros on the
Xbox One. Super Dungeon Bros clocks in at 3.59 gigs. I am not sure what
uses all of the memory. Especially with such boringly long loading
screens. I thought the game had glitched out at first.
Did you know that playing off of a disc is faster than the loading times
of some modern day video games? Makes me yearn for the days of playing a
game off of the disc. It is also so boring to sit there and watch a game
download. I think I lost brain cells watching Super Dungeon Bros
download. Next time I will do something and come back hours later when
it is done.
Super Dungeon Bros has a tutorial if you are confused how the game
controls. I pressed different buttons in the game and figured it out.
Plus in certain places Super Dungeon Bros tells the player what button
to press. I am thankful Super Dungeon Bros did not force me into a
tutorial. There is local and online game play in Super Dungeon Bros.
Super Dungeon Bros is really hard for a single player. Like impossible
hard.
The bad content families will want to know about is violence, blood,
gore, undead, false gods, comic mischief, alcohol and more. These four
knights have a rock and roll connection. They go out into dungeons and
kill everything they find. If you try to turn the other cheek in Super
Dungeon Bros your character will die. Then you can revive a few times
before it is game over.
The controls are really weird in Super Dungeon Bros. I hated having to
use both sticks to control where I was going and what direction I was
facing. There are three maps in Super Dungeon Bros. Probably why the
difficulty level is set to don't even bother trying. There are in app
purchases in Super Dungeon Bros too. Multiple weapons will interest
hardcore gamers.
The small graphics in Super Dungeon Bros remind me of the original
Gauntlet. I wish the controls were like Gauntlet. The amount of enemies
in some areas is absolutely insane. I am surprised Super Dungeon Bros
could handle rendering that many monsters. Super Dungeon Bros is not
what I thought it would be. I think hardcore gamers may get into this
game.
