Sweetest Thing

It is really cool that Family Friendly Gaming was provided a download code for Sweetest Thing on the Wii U. Sweetest Thing is under five hundred megs in terms of download size. Sweetest Thing is only provided in the digital download format. There are no physical copy versions of Sweetest Thing. There are three modes in Sweetest Thing. They are Normal, Multitap, and No Timer.

There are forty-one levels in Sweetest Thing in five different worlds. The story telling is done in Rhymes. The ants have attacked the kingdom, and we have to use workers to repair the damage. This is done by finding resources along the path. We can also repair certain buildings in Sweetest Thing. Each level has a goal for the player to achieve. There is only one path to victory in Sweetest Thing in each of the levels.

I had trouble finding the pause button to restart or quit a level in Sweetest Thing. The music in Sweetest Thing is nice. I like fixing bridges, ladders, and more in Sweetest Thing. I wish there was more than one way to beat the levels in Sweetest Thing. I also like watching the workers fix buildings in Sweetest Thing. I am not so fond of having to give resources to the ants to get them out of the way.

The time limit in Sweetest Thing is fair enough for families to get through the levels. I normally lost levels in Sweetest Thing because I did not follow the right path to victory. I learned that I needed to check what resources are needed and where they were. I had to make sure I did not use resources on the wrong thing or I boxed myself in. If the time limit is a problem, then use the No Timer mode.

Sweetest Thing has candy coded graphics. The images are small on the large screen. The sugar cubes look fantastic in Sweetest Thing. If I drank coffee it would remind me of what goes into coffee. I enjoyed my time playing Sweetest Thing on the Wii U. I would love to see sequels to Sweetest Thing in the future. Especially if there is multiple different paths to victory.
