The Wild Life

Family Friendly Gaming was sent the Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD version of The Wild Life. This movie follows the adventures of Robinson Crusoe. There is one really interesting wrinkle in The Wild Life. It is done from the perspective of the animals. Which are absolutely clueless about the outside world. All they know is their little island, and having a luau every day. The parrot on the island wants to see the real world. He is bored with life on the island.

The Wild Life is very high quality. It is also absolutely hilarious. Families can enjoy The Wild Life together. The only issues I saw were peril, a bit of gross humor, some explosions, and the death of a character. Cats are the main bad guys in The Wild Life. There are also some pirates in part of the movie. The cats want to eat, and they want the meat. They also want revenge on the human for stopping them from eating chickens on the ship (before it shipwrecked).

The situational humor in The Wild Life is great. We laughed and laughed here at Family Friendly Gaming. The animation in The Wild Life is great. The characters are fun, and all have plenty of moments. The way the animals see the human and his dog are absolutely hilarious. Their commentary and how they label things is thought out really well. For me The Wild Life is a gem families can enjoy for years.

There is a lot of bonus content in The Wild Life. The Making Of, Meet the Characters, Musical Adventure and more can be found in the bonus section of the The Wild Life discs. The concept of the grass being greener on the other side is addressed in The Wild Life. There is something else we can learn in The Wild Life. That lesson is to be content with our location and situation.

I love how the animals help Robinson Crusoe. They are his friends and companions in The Wild Life. The cooperation and willingness to serve others in The Wild Life is fantastic. Especially when building the human nest in a tree. If your family is looking for a fun, and funny family friendly movie then I suggest checking on The Wild Life. It was a pleasure and a joy for me to watch and review this movie.
