Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One
SCORE: 82
I am thankful Family Friendly Gaming was provided a copy of
Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One. After seeing the teaser with
five episodes I was very interested in seeing an entire season. Props
goes out to Shout Factory for releasing the entire first season of this
show. I started watching Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One
really bummed out that Transformers Prime had been canceled. Which is
doubled down since Transformers the Animated Series was canceled before
that. Kids shows are not being given much of a chance in this age.
There are twenty-six episodes on Transformers Robots in Disguise Season
One. That is what I call a full season of a television show. Some other
channels could learn the concept of value from the Shout Factory.
Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One is a different show because
Bumblebee is the leader. He also talks again. Which brings up some
history. In the 1980s Transformers show Bumblebee talked. He lost that
ability in later shows. Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One
returns to the original intent.
Optimus Prime is more of a guest character here and there in
Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One. Kind of like Rescue Bots.
Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One is brighter than Transformers
Prime, and it has a fair amount of humor. Grimlock is really funny in
Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One. The voice actor also voices
Cyborg so it was cool to recognize that. The voice actor for Bumblebee
also did the voice for Terry McGinnis in Batman Beyond. A show I wish
would come back.
There is robot violence in Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One.
From the Transformers bashing one another with gear to firing weapons.
Explosions, property damage, and humans in peril is common place in
Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One. The Autobots are rounding up
Decepticon prisoners from a prison ship that crashed.
There are plenty of cool characters in Transformers Robots in Disguise
Season One. The various teams bicker with one another on a variety of
different topics. The majority of the Decepticons are animal based. Some
of them are very interesting and innovative. The art work is good, and
the voice acting is top notch. The bonus content included with
Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One are Animated Shorts,
Featurettes, and the 201 San Diego Comic-Con International Panel. The
Animated Shorts are absolutely hilarious.
Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One is a bit different from what
I expected. Even though I want the return of previous Transformers
shows, I gave Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One a chance. I
ended up liking Transformers Robots in Disguise Season One. I hope this
show is given a few more seasons to develop, mature and grow. It has
some cool potential.
