Culdcept Revolt

I extend my thankfulness to NIS America for providing Family Friendly Gaming a digital download code for Culdcept Revolt on the Nintendo 3DS. This hand held video game is a mixture of a role playing game, card game, and board game. I know that is a lot of different things mixed together. I will do everything in my language arts wheel house to explain that in the upcoming paragraphs.

First we pick a card in Culdcept Revolt. Then we roll dice in Culdcept Revolt. That determines how far we can move. When we land on spaces we place monsters from the cards we have in our hand. If we place no cards then we can change the type of a tile or increase the value of a tile. If we have more than one tile in a row/color then we get a higher fee price when the other player lands on it.

Things get really interesting in Culdcept Revolt when you land on the other players tiles that has a monster on it. We can attack them, and try and take the tile from them. The way most boards are won in Culdcept Revolt is by getting to a certain value number and then reaching one of the gates. Why are gates important in Culdcept Revolt besides winning? They give us a bonus and heal all of our monsters that may have been hurt.

There are a variety of different cards in Culdcept Revolt that go beyond the monsters. There are cards that give us a certain dice roll, more dice, better attacks, defense against attacks and more. Culdcept Revolt is like Monopoly done in the role playing genre with all kinds of options available to us. The tutorial in Culdcept Revolt explains how to play Culdcept Revolt. It all makes perfect sense once you start playing it.

The issues families can have with Culdcept Revolt are violence, bad language, blood, lack of attire, enticement to lust, false gods, and more. Culdcept Revolt uses the trite story line of the main character losing their memory. There is a physical copy version of Culdcept Revolt available at retail for the millions upon millions of gamers in the physical copy movement. Culdcept Revolt is rated thirteen and older for a reason. Please obey it at a minimum.
