Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara

I recently spent five dollars of my own money to purchase Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara on Steam. I know what many of ya'll are thinking. I am Mr physical copy. I am do not buy digital downloads. It was rare for me to even considering purchasing a disposable video game. Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara is selling for fifteen dollars on other systems, and normally on the PC. I got it on sale, and decided to spend the money.

It took me an hour to an hour and a half to completely beat Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara. This Streets of Rage like video game is done with Dungeons and Dragons characters. We can play a thief, dwarf, elf, fighter, mage, or cleric. The modes in Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara are Arcade, Online, Leaderboards, Achievements, Challenges, Vault, and Help & Options.

The screen is small on the PC for Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara. This game really needs a physical copy. Older members of the family can play Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara multiple times since there are multiple paths. Please note many of the areas look the same. There are seven chapters in Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara. Once you beat one you unlock the next one. So you can skip to certain parts if you want to.

The issues families will have with Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara are violence, blood, bad language, magic, enticement to lust, lack of attire, false gods, and more. You need to be fast picking up loot after beating a boss. Why? The game will stop you and show you how well you did on that area. I wish Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara gave us more time to pick up our spoils.

Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara has definite retro graphics. We have unlimited continues so we can come back after dying each time. There are multiple level ups, and stats kept. The music is nice, and the story is vaguely interesting. There are plenty of the same looking monsters to slice and dice through in Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara. I wish the attack and pick up buttons were not the same. Fighting and picking up something led to me taking needless hits. If there was a physical copy then Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara would be worth the price. It should be bundled with other similar games though.
