I and Me

I am very thankful Ratalaika Games sent Family Friendly Gaming a digital download code for I and Me on the Nintendo Switch. This indie puzzler lets us take on the role of two black cats. These cats must get to the picture frames at the same time. Not a problem. Except for things like spikes, porcupines, distance between the picture frames and more. I and Me can be challenging.

There are four worlds in I and Me. The total amount of levels in I and Me is ninety. I noticed something really cool in I and Me. If you get stuck, this downloadable only home console video game has hints. What kind of hints does I and Me have? It shows you visually exactly what to do. Then it is up to you to duplicate. This is one of the most brilliant hint systems I have ever seen. It balances the best of both worlds.

The graphics in I and Me are okay. I noticed some nice effects here and there. I and Me has very little violence in terms of your cats dying. They go flying off the screen if they hit something bad. If it is water then they just sink. You must get both cats to the end. If one of them dies the level will reset. Keep that in mind while thinking your way through the puzzles in I and Me.

The music in I and Me is fantastic. I loved listening to it. I also really like the cat sounds in I and Me. Wish Fang did a fantastic job developing the audio department of I and Me. There are some little phrases before each level starts. Maybe it was trying to tell me a story. Ultimately I am too dense to pick it up. I wish there was a physical version of I and Me for the millions of physical copy gamers.

I started playing I and Me when I was exhausted and wanted to be left alone. This Nintendo Switch game put me in a good mood, and reignited the synapses in my brain. I guess what I am trying to say is I enjoyed playing I and Me. I love how I was never stuck for too long. I also love being able to see how to beat the level when I was stuck. The ten dollar price tag is reasonable for the amount of levels.
