Lego Dimensions E.T. Fun Pack
SCORE: 72
Lego Dimensions E.T. Fun Pack is the final Lego Dimensions purchase
from Black Friday 2016. It has taken us close to five months to work all
of these in. Hopefully the same PR and Marketing failures do not happen
this year that lead to this situation. There are still some first year
Lego Dimensions fun packs that we purchased and never reviewed, that
could receive reviews in the future. We will see. There are still new
waves planned for Lego Dimensions so they may take precedence.
Lego Dimensions E.T. Fun Pack comes with the E.T. figure, and the Phone
Home device. That Phone Home device has to be the most worthless of
anything I have ever seen in Lego Dimensions. We can pick it up and
throw it. Why? Just why? Who thought that was a good idea? It is golden
in the game, but the unstable device on the stand has different colors.
That really confused me.
E.T. has a few skills that are worthwhile and make sense for the
character. He has Growth, Fix-It, Heart Regen, Illumination, Stealth,
Magic, and Mini Access. The Phone Home can be converted into the Mobile
Uplink, and then the Super-Charged Satellite. I did not spend the studs
on upgrading this machine. We have over eight million studs so upgrading
it would be no issue. We all just see it as a worthless phone.
The Battle Arena for Lego Dimensions E.T. Fun Pack is E.T. Quarantine
Quandry. I do not like this Battle Arena. It is annoying to get to the
flags in it. To make matters worse E.T. is the worst fighter I have ever
seen. He gets squashed by others very easily. Again it fits the
character. I have no idea why there is a Lego Dimensions E.T. Fun Pack.
It is not a good fit for Lego Dimensions.
The world area in Lego Dimensions E.T. Fun Pack is decently sized. There
are cool things to do in the construction area, space ship, town,
quarantine and more. E.T. is a really slow character. Do not go from
Sonic the Hedgehog to him. He feels like a snail. I like the comments
the E.T. character makes from Lego Dimensions E.T. Fun Pack. The Lego
character does look like E.T.
