Mickey and the Roadster Racers
SCORE: 85
I am thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a copy of Mickey and
the Roadster Racers on DVD. Mickey and the Roadster Racers is more
action based than Mickey Mouse Clubhouse ever was. There are many of the
same characters in Mickey and the Roadster Racers. They race roadster
vehicles. Daisy and Minnie also have episodes where they are part of the
Happy Helpers.
Mickey and the Roadster Racers comes with a personalized metal license
plate that kids can display. It takes sixty-eight minutes to watch
Mickey and the Roadster Racers. The episodes on this disc are Mickey's
Wild Tire, Sittin' Kitty, Goofy Gas!, Little Big Ape, Race for the
Rigatoni Ribbon, and Roaming Around Rome. There are bonus episodes of
Mickey's Perfecto Day!, and Running of the Roadsters. There are also two
music videos included with Mickey and the Roadster Racers.
Mickey and the Roadster Racers can teach kids some lessons. Some of the
lessons in Mickey and the Roadster Racers are be friends, help out, have
fun, give others a chance, don't judge a book by its cover, be nice,
don't scare those in charge of you, go with the flow, and more. I like
Mickey and the Roadster Racers much more than I ever liked Mickey Mouse
Clubhouse.
There are plenty of physical gags in Mickey and the Roadster Racers.
Many of them are funny. Cars get stuck in the ground, fountains, and
even trees. Certain racers in Mickey and the Roadster Racers do things
to harm the other racers. Like throw pizzas at them, put oil on the
road, and more. Mickey and the Roadster Racers calls this cheating.
Don't worry the cheaters do not win.
I like the racing episodes much more than the Happy Helpers episodes.
There are plenty of things in Mickey and the Roadster Racers for kids to
laugh at. I keep hoping to see Mickey Mouse win a race. He helped others
in Mickey and the Roadster Racers, and let other characters win. I would
like to see him get to the finish line first. Maybe in a future episode.
