Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales

I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a digital download code for the Disney Movies Anywhere version of Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales. This movie is the fifth Pirates of the Caribbean movie. There are shocks in this movie, and there are some really exciting moments. Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales is a definite thirteen and older only movie. Although Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales seems tame compared to some other PG-13 movies. The boys did an Unboxing video here.

From what I had been told there are different bonus features on the Disney Movies Anywhere digital version versus the Blu-ray and DVD versions. There are seven behind the scenes features (First Mate Confidential, The Matador & The Bull: Secrets of Salazar & The Silent Mary, Telling Tales: A Sit-Down with Brenton & Kaya, Wings over the Caribbean, Deconstructing the Ghost Sharks, An Enduring Legacy, and A Return to the Sea), five bonus scenes (Highwayman, Bloopers of the Caribbean, Alternate Coda: Murtogg & Mullroy "Flogging", Henry Turner Learns a Lesson from Captain Jack, and A Whale in Poseidon's Tomb), and a Cast & Crew Jerry Bruckheimer Photo Diary. The bloopers is my personal favorite bonus feature on the Disney Movies Anywhere digital version of the bonus features.

It takes 129 minutes to watch Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales. The issues families can have with Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales are violence, blood, death, alcohol, sexual innuendo, lack of attire, entice to lust, ghosts, death, and a witch. Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales also demeans men and makes women look smarter.

I love how Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales shows the problems with alcohol. Captain Jack Sparrow loses everything including his magic compass. All of that stems from his drinking issues. It is neat to see a movie show the down side to drinking. Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales does that in spades. It also has deep connections to the first three films.

There are plenty of humorous moments in Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales. I loved the bank heist scene. That was so over the top in the Pirates of the Caribbean chase scene sort of way. It certainly fits the franchise quite nicely. Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales has a lot of action in it that families can enjoy. I will not spoil the ending for you - I will say that I liked it.
