Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five

I continue my exploration of Star Trek The Next Generation with Season Five. This season starts out with the Romulan/Klingon intrigue and ends with the known death of Data five hundred years ago. Numerous characters from previous seasons make their appearances in Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five. Leonard Nimoy reprises his role of Spock in Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five.

Much of Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five is touchy and feely. Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five deals with emotions and feelings a lot. This show cares more about the criminals than the victims. There is violence, blood, lack of attire, enticement to lust, lying, sex outside of marriage, attacks on traditional marriage, gambling, and a support of suicide.

Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five promotes the religious beliefs of false gods, and evolution. I find it interesting that shows like this one make sure to remove any mention of God, Jesus, and Christians. Shows like Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five are part of the reason I wrote the Future Glimpses books. I wanted to bring some diversity to the science fiction genre.

We see the struggles of Worf as a single parent. Especially in dealing with his son Alexander. Guinan, Data, and Worf play major roles in Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five. Captain Picard seems weak and timid in a lot of Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five. Commander Riker is more of a leader in my opinion than Captain Picard. Worf plays to his type quite well.

Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five does not explore many interesting places or races in my opinion. There is too much on the ship, and on the holodeck in my personal opinion. Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five likes to attack rules, and traditional values. I did not really enjoy those episodes. Star Trek The Next Generation Season Five also attacks compromise.
