Thor The Dark World

Thor The Dark World on DVD was a Christmas present I received. It was a pretty low priority which is why I am finally watching it and reviewing it. The storyline is interesting in Thor The Dark World. These dark elves were in control a long time ago. They were conquered and their weapon was hidden. Asgardians forgot about it, and the dark elves. Well they come back and want to make everything dark again.

Thor The Dark World contains violence, blood, gore, lack of attire, enticement to lust, false gods, bad language, and more. Much of the bad content was not needed. Like why do we need so much profanity? It hurts this movie. Another thing that made no sense to me was one of the scientists going around naked. Why was that needed? There are so many better ways to show he lost his mind. A real lack of creativity there.

The bonus content in Thor The Dark World is Exclusive Look - Marvel's Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Deleted Scenes. It takes one hundred and twelve minutes to watch Thor The Dark World from start to finish. There is a little Easter Egg at the end of Thor The Dark World in the credits. It connects us to the Guardians of the Galaxy movie. The first one.

Thor The Dark World touches on an interesting conversation about loving someone from a different sector. Thor is an Asgardian. They live for five thousand years. Humans live for a max of one hundred and twenty years. Thor loves Jane Foster. Thor's father Odin is against it. He points out the difference in life spans. Odin wants Thor to get married to a nice Asgardian warrior woman.

Thor rebels against his king and father in Thor The Dark World. He enlists others to commit treason in Thor The Dark World. It all eventually works out. I personally am not fond of rebellion against authorities. The only exception is if the authorities tell us to disobey God. The Asgardians look really weak in Thor The Dark World. Which is strange since they had so many thousands of years to advance past the dark elves.
