Universal Classics Pinball

My excitement went through the roof when Family Friendly Gaming was given a digital download code for Universal Classics Pinball on the Playstation 4. This is our first interaction with Pinball FX3. Everyone here at Family Friendly Gaming is very impressed with what Zen Studios did. Not only that, but we were able to transfer across many of the tables from the past. So that is really cool.

Universal Classics Pinball comes with a table for Back to the Future, Jaws, and E.T. Tables can now rock, rotate, turn dark, and more in Universal Classics Pinball. The graphics in Universal Classics Pinball are definitely improved, and so are the sound bytes. Please be aware there is some language in Universal Classics Pinball that could offend your family. There is also some action adventure violence.

I loved seeing the fire trail the ball in Back to the Future. The launcher in Jaws is really neat. E.T. is my least favorite table. I am not sure why though. I am just not fond of it. I had problems scoring, and was not too thrilled about the different missions. Collecting the frogs was something that made my eyes roll back into my head. I found the frogs accidentally. At least I think I found them.

The Back to the Future table in Universal Classics Pinball took me the longest, and I got the highest score. My ranking on the leaderboard was the worst though. Go figure. I spend the most time with one table and get massively high scores only to see nine hundred and some more people scored better than me. Oh well. Jaws is a really fun table that I thought I would hate because of the movie. The table itself is pretty neat. Except for that wheel in the bottom left. Which always made me lose a ball.

Tables in Universal Classics Pinball save the ball a lot more often. This is pretty neat. I also liked being able to upgrade tables in Universal Classics Pinball. Universal Classics Pinball has Single Player & Hotseat, Table Mastery, Upgrades, and Challenges. Multiple family members can enjoy Universal Classics Pinball. I am very pleased to see the upgrades Zen Studio made with Universal Classics Pinball. The only thing that could make it better is a physical copy release.
