Vikings The Complete Second Season
SCORE: 24
On Black Friday 2016 I purchased the first three seasons of Vikings.
I watched the first one and realized how horrible this show is. It was
too late to return the other two seasons. So I have finally gotten to
Vikings The Complete Second Season. I have learned something from this
ordeal. Do not purchase more than a season or two of a show if you are
not sure it will be any good. Vikings The Complete Second Season
continues the horrors of the first season. There are a few moments of
goodness in Vikings The Complete Second Season.
Vikings The Complete Second Season has blood, gore, gruesome battles,
death, violence, false gods, deceit, corruption, polygamy, lack of
attire, violence against women, rape, attacks on Christians, sex outside
marriage, sexual deviation, pagan prophecies coming true, God not found,
blood Eagle, and more. Vikings The Complete Second Season is an adult
only show. Thankfully there are only ten episodes in this season.
Vikings The Complete Second Season shows men owning women.
Vikings The Complete Second Season also shows us that cheating causes
problems. Ragnar cheated on his wife and got this other woman pregnant.
His wife leaves him because of it. She winds up marrying someone else.
This other man abuses her and she kills him. I thought Hollywood hated
violence against women? They certainly show a lot of it in Vikings The
Complete Second Season. Which seems an odd way to be against it by
showing it so often. I am just saying.
The battles feel small in Vikings The Complete Second Season. At least
they do to me. I noticed they do not have a lot of warriors battling it
out. There are plenty of gruesome moments in these battles though. The
bonus content is audio commentaries, My Family, My Enemy, A Warriors
Society Rites of Passage, Imagining and Executing Climatic Battles. It
takes 440 minutes to watch through Vikings The Complete Second Season.
There are times I do not know which way certain characters are going to
go.
The only good part in Vikings The Complete Second Season to me is when
the priest goes back to the English people, and starts working on
translating Roman documents for the king. Sadly this character decides
to go back to the Vikings. It was a real bummer for me. I had hoped he
would get over his rejection of God and repent. Vikings The Complete
Second Season had an opportunity there to do the right thing. Instead it
continued to attack Christians and those of us that have a personal
relationship with Jesus Christ.
