Dragonheart 3 The Sorcerer's Curse
SCORE: 61
For one of the guy movie nights recently
we watched Dragonheart 3 The Sorcerer's Curse on DVD. This is actually
the fourth Dragonheart movie. Dragonheart 3 The Sorcerer's Curse is
better than the last two. It is not as good as the first one though.
Very few movies could reach that level with the star power it had. Plus
the story was interesting. The story in Dragonheart 3 The Sorcerer's
Curse is actually interesting as well.
The issues families will have with Dragonheart 3 The Sorcerer's Curse is
violence, blood, lack of attire, enticement to lust, magic, spirits,
occult, druids and more. England is split into two thanks to the Romans
building the wall. The knights from the southern kingdom are portrayed
as bullies. They take money from the people. The old code and honor are
almost completely forgotten.
Dragonheart 3 The Sorcerer's Curse has a nasty class system where the
poor are treated horribly. The poor are shown in a good light as they
are quick to help others. Gareth is supposed to be a knight but loses it
because he shows mercy. He then goes to find a meteorite in hopes of
getting some money. He has been told he can buy his knighthood with a
certain amount of money.
Gareth finds a dragon and some dragon eggs. He saves a dragon egg and
the dragon saves him by sharing his heart. A wicked druid casts a curse
on the dragon so it is ghost like during the day and in front of light.
Gareth meets up with some northern people and joins their cause to stop
this evil druid. All the while the goal is to save the dragon eggs. Or
as many of the dragon eggs as they can.
Dragonheart 3 The Sorcerer's Curse is fascinating from start to finish.
It reboots the franchise in a way that can allow for sequels. Hopefully
there are sequels that improve upon the quality of this franchise. The
bonus feature on Dragonheart 3 The Sorcerer's Curse is Bringing Drago to
Life. I am curious where this dragon came from, and how many more are
there.
