Driveclub VR

We are always looking for interesting products to bring to your attention. I had played the demo of Driveclub VR when we first got the Playstation 4 VR. It made me sick. So I did not want Family Friendly Gaming to spend a lot of money on this game after the failures from the PR and Marketing departments over at Sony. Thankfully it dropped in price like a rock in a deep well.

Every single time I played Driveclub VR it made my head feel funny. I learned that it was better in first person mode and if I was sitting on a stool. Driveclub VR is pretty much Driveclub done in the VR mode. So if you already played Driveclub there is little interest of reason to play it in VR. Driveclub was not a good game in the first place. So Sony took a poor racing game and put it in VR. It did not help this game in terms of the poor controls.

Driveclub VR is a difficult game thanks to the extremely intelligent AI. Or maybe I should say the rules they follow and the rules the player follow are different. The computer can nearly perfect everything. I guess the computer is not getting sick from the visuals. Which did not really impress me either. Why are the characters arms missing in first person mode in Driveclub VR?

The instructions in Driveclub VR are not always accurate. We can drive, challenge, create club, browse club, my profile, garage and replays in Driveclub VR. There are an okay amount of options in this racing game. There are plenty of car customizations in Driveclub VR. We can view this game in the car (what I call first person), behind the car (worst one), and on the front bumper.

It is very difficult to win in Driveclub VR. The loose controls may have something to do with that. Where are the rear view mirrors? Why do I have to literally turn around to see behind me? I like the car sounds. Sony should pay people to play Driveclub VR. I see little value to this game in the real world markets. The only thing Driveclub VR is good for is making us vomit. Not something I have much of a use for.
