Squishies VR

I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a digital
download code for Squishies VR on the PS4 VR. This game is a one gig
download. I found no information on a physical copy version of Squishies
VR in the US. Which is a real bummer for the millions upon millions of
gamers in the physical copy movement. Hopefully that will be corrected
soon. Remember Family Friendly Gaming Universe spoke out about Job
Simulator, and a retail version appeared on the PS4 VR.
Squishies VR is an interesting little puzzle game in VR. We must use two
Move controllers. We blow the round characters into an area on the
screen. We can also rotate the world, zoom in and zoom out. There are
five worlds in Squishies VR with twenty levels in each world. We can
collect gems in the levels while playing Squishies VR too. Levels start
easy and increase in difficulty progressively.
My head did feel funny after playing Squishies VR. Why is that? All of
the screen rotation got to me. Zooming in and zooming out does not
impact the range of our air blowers. I had to keep grabbing the map and
pulling it toward me to be able to impact the Squishie again. This is
where my head got a little fuzzy. We can also pull the Squishies toward
us which can lower the screen rotation.
Squishies VR looks good and it sounds good. I got into the music and the
overall presentation of Squishies VR. I almost fell off my stool when I
first warped into a level. The menu screens are also designed in a
clever manner. Although I was looking in the wrong spot after taking the
forced tutorial. That forced tutorial is pretty short and does teach the
key command components of Squishies VR.
Families will get their moneys worth out of Squishies VR in my personal
opinion. I enjoyed playing this game (with the exception of the
previously mentioned having to constantly pull myself to the Squishies).
I would like to see more games like Squishies VR in the future. This is
a non-violent game where the worst that happens is we lose a Squishie.
Another one appears so we just have to redo the work from the last
continuation spot.
