Tekken 7
SCORE: 53
Family Friendly Gaming purchased a copy of
Tekken 7 on the Playstation 4 because the PR and Marketing firm would
not send us a copy. They won’t send a copy to a media outlet that will
obviously fail their product. They only send to places that will like
them. Pretty messed up how corrupt the video game industry is in that
section.
The issues families can have with Tekken 7 are violence, blood, lack of
attire, enticement to lust, sexual comments, bad language, Japanese
speaking and more. Note: not every character speaks in Japanese in
Tekken 7. There is a lame sign away your life end user agreement
required before you can play this violent fighting game.
Tekken 7 looks really good, and has thirty-six fighters. Tekken 7 is
really a spam fest where certain attacks are very overpowered. Timing
and spacing are very important in this glitchy game. The CPU will block
a lot in Tekken 7. The installation to Tekken 7 was huge and it required
a massive update. We can earn points in the game to purchase
customization and extras. The Tekken history is interesting.
The modes in Tekken 7 are Story, Online, Offline, Customization,
Jukebox, Gallery, Options, Player Information, Playstation Store, and VR
Mode. Under the Offline mode there is Arcade Battle, Treasure Battle, Vs
Battle, and Practice. The best part of Tekken 7 is the story mode.
The Arcade portion of Tekken 7 is really short. Akuma was the only
challenging character right at the end. Tekken 7 will increase your
aggression levels, and it will also decrease your patience level. I
found myself getting quick to anger after playing Tekken 7. Others here
at Family Friendly Gaming did as well.
The one saving grace of Tekken 7 is the story mode. Most of it is
watching the storyline. I hope to see all of the Tekken movies put
together by themselves at some point. The are more interesting than the
fighting.
