The Lego Ninjago Movie
SCORE: 69
I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming purchased a copy of The
Lego Ninjago Movie on DVD. I was very interested in seeing this movie. I
am like the biggest Lego fan ever. Okay maybe not the biggest, but a big
one. I am not just talking about my belly either. I will have a growth
spurt any day now and that will correct itself. I played the video game
based off of the movie so I had some idea what The Lego Ninjago Movie
was going to be like.
The things in The Lego Ninjago Movie that families can have a problem
with are violence, promotion of political correctness, rude humor, and
more. The Lego Ninjago Movie is most likely part of the war on men as
well. Garmadon is Lloyd's father. He is constantly trying to attack
Ninjago City. On the opposite side his son Lloyd is the Green Ninja. He
defends the city against these attacks.
The frequency of attacks in The Lego Ninjago Movie are about as often as
the rain in Seattle. I am glad it does not rain as much in Memphis. This
movie has news people who give a percentage of a Garmadon attack. The
Lego Ninjago Movie is a bit too tongue in cheek for me. There are too
many characters that foreshadow things way too much. There are no
surprises in The Lego Ninjago Movie.
I wish The Lego Ninjago Movie followed the coolness of the television
show. Instead The Lego Ninjago Movie changes too many things. My brother
and I both noticed this and did not like the changes. The Lego Ninjago
Movie might reference this by telling us to change our perspective. I
wonder if that applies to how they think we should feel about this
movie?
The Lego Ninjago Movie accuses people of being very judgmental. There
are funny moments in The Lego Ninjago Movie. There are also heart
warming moments of father and son in this movie. The Lego Ninjago Movie
wants us to spend more time together. The shameless plugs and self
promotions in The Lego Ninjago Movie did not fit the franchise in my
opinion. I value The Lego Ninjago Movie at five dollars brand new.
