Thor Ragnarok

I am very thankful Disney sent Family Friendly Gaming a copy of Thor Ragnarok in the Multi-Screen Edition. What does the Multi-Screen Edition contain? It contains Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital formats. In essence Disney has given a name to Blu-ray + DVD + Digital. Which is pretty cool in my book. Thor Ragnarok is a big improvement over the last movie. I will get into that in this review.

Thor Ragnarok has numerous funny moments. I was not expecting this much humor from Thor Ragnarok. I do not remember Thor being that funny in the comic books. We get to go to Sakaar as well in Thor Ragnarok. Comic purist will be angered at how Sakaar is portrayed. Planet Hulk, and World War Hulk were two of my personal favorite storylines. It is a shame Thor Ragnarok goes so far off the rails.

We do get a Thor versus Hulk in Thor Ragnarok. This movie tries to hint that Thor would have eventually won the fight. Which comic readers know is never possible. Hulk gets stronger as he gets madder. That means the more you come back to fight him the madder and stronger he gets. Thor has no real chance if Thor Ragnarok kept to cannon. But that is something Holly Weird has never been capable of.

The issues families can have with Thor Ragnarok is violence, blood, gore, death, bad language, magic, undead, scary creatures, false gods, nudity, and more. The storyline in Thor Ragnarok is fantastic. I love how certain things are done in the end of the movie. SPOILER ALERT! Thor and Loki destroy Asgard to stop their evil sister. This was a bit of a twist that I did not expect until right before it happened.

There is a ton of bonus content included with Thor Ragnarok. These discs contain Deleted Scenes, Gag Reel, Getting in Touch with your inner Thor, Unstoppable Women, Finding Korg, Team Darryl, Director's Commentary, and more. It takes 130 minutes to watch Thor Ragnarok. There are two interesting tidbits in the credits as well. I will not spoil those for you. We enjoyed watching Thor Ragnarok. The bad content was toned down for this movie, and we really appreciate that.
