Williams Pinball Volume 2
SCORE: 82
I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming
was given a digital download code for Williams Pinball Volume 2 on the
PS4. This package contains three tables. The three tables within
Williams Pinball Volume 2 are Black Rose, Attack from Mars, and The
Party Zone. These three tables range in difficulty and enjoyment almost
completely across the entire scale. More to come on that in just a bit.
I recorded videos of each of these three tables. Keep an eye out on our
Youtube channel for their arrival. I love the information about the
tables that comes up while this downloadable only video game shows us
the tables. I also like the little 3D effects that were added to the
tables. It really helps modernize these pinball tables in my personal
opinion. I am really curious to see how many volumes Zen Studios is
going to release in this series.
I do not like the Black Rose table. That table is the worst of the three
in my opinion. The ball goes out around the edges and around the
flippers way too often, and way too easily. I guess that happened with
the real pinball table, and the digital representation mirrors that. It
is still a very cheap, and annoying table in my book. Black Rose is also
the hardest table in Williams Pinball Volume 2. Launching the cannon
ball was the best part of this table.
The Attack from Mars table within Williams Pinball Volume 2 is the best
table in my opinion. We can get some monster scores thanks to how that
table works. Which made this table way more fun than the other two. I
also enjoyed seeing different things like shooting down one of the
saucer spaceships. I had a blast with the colors and controls in the
Attack from Mars table. I hope the sequel comes out in a future volume.
The final table within Williams Pinball Volume 2 is The Party Zone. I am
middle of the road with Williams Pinball Volume 2. There are things
about it that I like and there are times the table was a bit obnoxious.
The guy riding the missile was pretty cool. I am not sure how that
relates to partying though. The Party Zone is one of the strangest
concepts for a pinball table. The main issue I can see families having
with Williams Pinball Volume 2 is the lack of attire, and enticement to
lust.
