Bird Game+
SCORE: 75
I did not like Bird Game+ when I first played it on the Nintendo
Switch. I had troubles with the controls. I would move the stick and
sometimes the bird would not move. Why did this happen? Bird Game+ lets
you control by left stick or by the motion controls. If you press ZR +
ZL it will go into motion controls. I did that by accident trying to use
ZR to roll, and ZL to roll. I learned my lesson pretty quickly. BTW Bird
Game+ does tell gamers that in the beginning if they are reading the
intro instructions.
The graphics in Bird Game+ look like they are drawn by a pencil. If you
like that kind of art you will be all into Bird Game+. I personally am
not into this kind of graphics. I did adapt to the graphics found within
Bird Game+ though. The music in Bird Game+ is pretty cool. I also like
the atmosphere once I got into Bird Game+. The main lesson in Bird Game+
is to avoid obstacles.
Bird Game+ is definitely an indie video game. It is also one of the
better ones to come from Ratalaika Games in my professional opinion. I
enjoyed flying as a bird and avoiding all of the different obstacles.
There are also clever things we can do in Bird Game+. What are some of
those clever things? I loved guiding a boss into a reed as he charged
me. That is the extent to the violent content in this downloadable only
video game.
I am not aware of physical copies of Bird Game+ anywhere. This is one of
those video games that should get a physical copy release in my opinion.
I would love to see some art work for Bird Game+ on the Nintendo Switch,
Xbox One, and Playstation 4. Please note FFG was given a digital
download code for Bird Game+ on the Switch and Playstation 4. We offered
the code to our wonderful readers and viewers on Twitter.
Is Bird Game+ one of the video games you would like to see us stream on
our
Twitch channel? Follow FFG there and leave a whisper so we know. The
interactive growth going on there is astounding. I hope to see more
games like Bird Game+ in the future. A color version of this game might
be interesting indeed. Probably in a sequel.
