Captain Toad Treasure Tracker

The king of rehash failed Family Friendly Gaming Universe yet again. I am pleased Family Friendly Gaming stepped up to the plate and did the right thing when Nintendo was not capable of doing so. Captain Toad Treasure Tracker has been ported from the Wii U to the Switch. We get the same game and then some new Super Mario Odyssey based levels. The original game must be played through first to access the new content.

Friends can help us with their Joycons in Captain Toad Treasure Tracker now. Captain Toad Treasure Tracker looks decent and it sounds decent. Of course almost everything in Captain Toad Treasure Tracker has been released before. Nintendo is the king of rehash for a reason. We collect gems and stars. We need so many gems to unlock levels in this walking around video game.

There is still no jumping in Captain Toad Treasure Tracker. We can fall from places. The camera remains challenging and it can be hard to see things in this 3D world cube. We face ghosts, and violence as we take care of enemies a couple of different ways. The gender confusion issues are included in Captain Toad Treasure Tracker. Nintendo is pretty radicalized on the extreme far left so that does not really surprise us.

Captain Toad Treasure Tracker is selling for $29.99. Initially it was selling for the same $39.99 the Wii U version was selling for. Nintendo is not known for giving their fans a financial break. Nintendo has all those billions in the bank by fleecing their fans. In my opinion this game is worth ten to fifteen dollars brand new. Nothing more than that.

I remembered most of the levels in Captain Toad Treasure Tracker so it was a breeze to play it a second time. Captain Toad Treasure Tracker is not worth it for families that own the Wii U version. If you never played it before expect a few quirks like the camera and lack of jumping.
