Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy

There are three games included in Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy. Those three games are Deathtrap Dungeon, Trial of Champions, and Armies of Death. Gamers must beat the first game to unlock the second game. I am guessing the second game must be beaten to unlock the third. I spent hours on the first game and never beat it. I was unable to unlock the other two. I wish all three were unlocked from the start. That is my biggest knock on Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy.

We have two kinds of dice in Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy. The first kind of dice is skill based. That is used when we attack monsters. The second set of dice is for luck. These are used in certain instances like being on the top of a false idol trying to pry out an emerald. As we level up we can add to the dice of our choice. The more marks on the dice the better chance we can attack or pass the luck trials.

Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy is the closest game I have played on the Nintendo Switch to a Dungeons and Dragons game. We choose which path to take. We choose to try some water or not. Some things refresh us, and others harm us. Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy is extremely luck based. We also choose which kind of hero we will play with. We can meet people and play with them or not.

The issues for families within Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy is blood, violence, lack of attire, enticement to lust, and more. The overhead viewpoint is interesting indeed. Gamers do not need fast reaction times to play Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy. We can hold the dice longer to throw them harder. Aside from that Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy is all about picking your strategy.

Players are given so many lives in Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy. When we die we go to the front of the dungeon to start over. We keep our stats and items though. That means each time you go through Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy it becomes a bit easier. Gamers can pick different ways to go or follow the same path. I like the music in Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy. The graphics definitely look dated. I would love to see Deathtrap Dungeon Trilogy in the physical copy format.
