Dungeons & Aliens
SCORE: 63
Thank you for all of your love and support. Without you these reviews
would cease to exist and families would lose out on an important
resource. A digital download code for Dungeons & Aliens on the Nintendo
Switch. This sixty level little defense video game has some interesting
twists to it. We play a mage who shoots at the enemies marching toward
him. We can also move objects in their way to slow them down. There are
a lot of them coming though.
The issues families can have with Dungeons & Aliens are violence, blood,
magic, bad language, insults, and more. I am shocked the ESRB failed
families again and forgot to mention the language issues, and blood in
this downloadable only Nintendo Switch video game. The ESRB has lost all
of the trust, faith, and hope from families. They are now just a propped
up propaganda arm of the industry that families stopped listening to.
This is the sad state of affairs in our industry.
The music in Dungeons & Aliens is cool to listen to. I enjoyed it while
I was grinding away to earn enough money to purchase upgrades or
powerful attacks. We get such a little amount of money that levels must
be played multiple times to earn enough money to purchase much needed
upgrades and powerful attacks like meteorites. Thankfully levels are
over with quickly.
In each level there are so many characters we must save. If we save all
of them then we have a chance at three stars. That means more gold for
us. Remember what the gold is for? If not please re-read the last
paragraph. Gold is very important in Dungeons & Aliens. We move around
the cursor on the screen to target where our mage will launch attacks.
Larger enemies take more effort to disperse.
Graphically Dungeons & Aliens looks okay. I know some other who did not
like the graphical style in Dungeons & Aliens. They compared Dungeons &
Aliens to other Switch games and found Dungeons & Aliens to be lacking.
I am okay with the artistic direction of this game. The aliens are very
buggy to me. Dungeons & Aliens is an one hundred and sixty-six meg
download.
