Estiman

We received a digital download code for Estiman on the Nintendo Switch here at Family Friendly Gaming. This downloadable only title is currently selling for $1.99. What do you get for one cent less than two dollars? An interesting little puzzle match game that might give you fits. Please note I forgot to mention governmental taxes that are assessed to purchases.

Estiman is a game where we look at shapes and figure out which one has more. Say there are four squares, three triangles, two circles, and one octagon. In that instance we tap one of the squares, one of the triangles, one of the circles, and the octagon in that exact order. If you tap anything else then you will end your game. Family members must go from highest to lowest in their tapping.

Please be aware that I played Estiman in the hand held mode. If you dock your Nintendo Switch and play Estiman with the controllers it is harder to get the right objects selected in time. Tapping is the best way to play this game in my professional opinion. Estiman is only 140 megs in terms of size. Which is a very reasonable size for a video game in 2019.

The graphics are minimalist in Estiman. There are some neat colors used at times. There are also credits that can be earned from certain objects while playing Estiman. There are seven themes, and twenty-eight backgrounds in this video game. Estiman tries to relax you with its wonderful music. There is a time limit to selecting the objects though. Which did not help me relax.

Estiman is a different kind of a video game that will eventually get out of hand. Why is that? The objects move around and there are more of them every single time you complete a screen. At some point there are too many objects to keep track of. At least for me. I would eye ball them and eventually made a mistake. There are continues in Estiman based on the credits if you so choose.
