Mad Games Tycoon

It is amazing how many games I see in a year. From Twitch streaming to Youtube videos, and press releases to physical copies. We see a ton of video games every single year. At times video games blur together. Some games stick out here and there. The sponsored/advertised video games always stick out for me. Mad Games Tycoon is not one of those though. It certainly made its mark recently here at FFG.

Mad Games Tycoon is a 661.97 megabyte download (at least on the Xbox One). Mad Games Tycoon is also on the PC, Nintendo Switch, and Playstation 4. We are a game developer in Mad Games Tycoon. We can start in different decades, and have all kinds of different options to choose. We have employee(s) that make engines, video games, and more. We can research different kinds of games as well.

Mad Games Tycoon as authentic as I imagine garage game development to be. We create a space, and then assign our employee(s) to the projects. Then we must find a publisher and get the game on the market. Sales come in and we get our percentage of them. We can attend the corrupt game trade shows. I did not notice Mad Games Tycoon acknowledge the swamp of corruption that is video game trade shows.

The graphics in Mad Games Tycoon are meh at best. The music is nice to listen to. The controls are generally okay in Mad Games Tycoon. We move a cursor around and use certain buttons to make certain things happen. I loved unlocking skills in Mad Games Tycoon. If you want to you can change that setting so they are already unlocked. That creates less of a feeling of accomplishment though. I wish the up and down for the D-pad worked on the menu screens.

The text in Mad Games Tycoon is small but not as bad as some other games that are obviously designed with the PC in mind. I enjoyed playing Mad Games Tycoon on the Xbox One. If I had the time, a physical copy and money I would do a stream series on this game. As it is Mad Games Tycoon will most likely be forgotten in a few months. Mad Games Tycoon is a lot like Game Dev Tycoon. Which is a compliment to Mad Games Tycoon.
