Metagal
SCORE: 59
If you took the early 8-bit Mega Man video
games and decided to redefine Mega Man as a girl you would get Metagal.
If you are part of the radical far left’s political correctness movement
you most likely celebrate that. I am not part of that radical movement.
I am tired of the liberal moral guardians demanding gender confusion,
role reversal, and redefinitions. I am sick of the discrimination and
persecution that comes from the radical far left.
This downloadable only game that is sixty-two megs in size on the
Nintendo Switch started off on the wrong foot with me. Metagal has
violence, enticement to lust, bad language, blood, and more. The robot
sisters of Metagal get captured and reprogrammed to be evil. So we must
go and fight them. Mega Man fans who want harder games might appreciate
Metagal.
I hated dying deep in one of the eight levels and having to replay the
entire level again. Why not let me continue on that same screen I just
died on? When the controls did not behave it was even more frustrating.
I double tapped to dash and then run. Guess what? Metagal never dashed.
Metagal is not always Mrs. Dash. Those seasonings never let me down.
Metagal has plenty of bright colors. The dialogue fits the theme of this
game. Metagal does not take itself too seriously. How do you feel about
games that do that? Do you want games to remind you they are games? Do
you want games to remind you they are a clone of something else? How do
you feel about video games that are just clones? Do you need originality
or do you want games that are familiar?
The graphics felt a bit small to me. Like Mega Man when you defeat a
boss in Metagal you get a new weapon. Certain bosses are weaker to
certain other weapons. Even the music and deaths reminded me of Mega
Man. Metagal is in essence Mega Man redefined as a girl. Metagal feels
like more radical extreme leftism being shoved down our throats to me.
This game is way too preachy.
