Monkey King Hero is Back is one of those video games with massive amounts of religious content found within it. The storyline is steeped in Eastern religious beliefs. Will the people who attack Christian video games have the same fervor against Monkey King Hero is Back?

Monkey King Hero is Back is also available in the respected physical copy format. At least on the Playstation 4. What is interesting is the physical copy version of Monkey King Hero is Back shows a different rating than the website version of Monkey King Hero is Back. Why is that? More inconsistency from the ESRB? Monkey King Hero is Back is thirty gigs in terms of size. It took many hours for Monkey King Hero is Back to download and install. Playing off disc looks good sitting around waiting for a game to download and install.

The content within Monkey King Hero is Back that will bother families is false gods, violence, magic, spells, souls being taken, and more. We move our ape man looking character who was imprisoned by Buddah in 3D areas. We fight many of the same looking enemies over and over again. Then we get a color swap of the enemies. Guess what? The color swapped enemies are more difficult. The bosses in Monkey King Hero is Back can also be challenging. We have helpers who come along with us for the journey in Monkey King Hero is Back.

The main hero in Monkey King Hero is Back has a bad attitude. He wants to get this chain off his wrist. He must do good to get rid of it. As you can probably guess he does not want to do good. He is forced to do good in able for him to get his way. I was totally unable to relate to the "hero" of Monkey King Hero is Back. I believe in doing good as Jesus Christ did good. This is why I really enjoy playing Christian video games. Those are games I can relate to as a video gamer.

We save at statues in Monkey King Hero is Back. We also collect a lot of different items we find along the way. Some of them can be gross thogh. Like what? The monster's liver was pretty gross in my opinion. Eastern religious gamers will probably enjoy Monkey King Hero is Back.
