Rampage

I heard Rampage was bad. I heard Rampage was horrible. It did not stop me from purchasing it on Black Friday 2018 though. FFG Haul viewers knew this review as coming. How did they know? They watch the FFG Haul videos. Rampage is a mess on so many levels. Rampage is not even a hot mess though. Rampage is just a pure and plain mess. There is little connection to the video game which this movie is supposed to be about.

There have been so many cool video game movies that have proven the stigma about video game movies wrong. Rampage makes the video game industry lose ground. The storyline in Rampage is predictable and done a thousand times before. The acting in Rampage is subpar. Thank you for another lame experience Dwayne Johnson. He does not makes a good Primatologist. Nor does he make a believable character in this movie.

The corporation bad brother and sister in Rampage are so over the top that it is repulsive. The lack of real science in Rampage is horrible. The plot lines are here one moment and gone the next. The lack of reality in Rampage is horrible. Anyone heard you never stare a gorilla in the eye? Rampage breaks that over and over again. Rampage is also racist against white males.

The propaganda in the bonus content is beyond belief. The deception can be found in Not Just A Game Anymore, Trio of Destruction, Rampage Actors in Action, Gag Reel, Deleted Scenes, and more. It took 108 minutes to watch Rampage. Instead of humans changing into the monsters we get real animals that change. The alligator seemed a bit odd to me.

Why doesn't the gorilla get spikes like all of the other animals that mutated? How can they grow so big and not eat? The monsters seem small compared to the buildings in this movie when we compare them to the game. Rampage is one of the worst movies I have seen in my lifetime. Why bring the monsters to your headquarters in Chicago? That seems like a really brain dead thing to do. This movie is not worth the Blu-ray disc it is written on.
