The Secret Life Pets 2

I am so thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Code version of The Secret Life Pets 2. This movie was such a treat to watch. I laughed and laughed watching The Secret Life Pets 2. Max, Gidget and Snowball all go on their own adventures that eventually meet up in the end. There are some cool life lessons in The Secret Life Pets 2 as well. I love how The Secret Life Pets 2 takes us on the normal progression of life.

Max and Duke are happy with how things are in their lives. They are not interested in change. They also are not big on kids. They see all these other animals in the park with kids and they are fine without them. Well their female owner meets a good man, and they become husband and wife. The next natural progression is they have a baby together. Max wants to protect the baby as much as he can when he is toddling around. This leads to anxiety.

Max is afraid of just about everything in The Secret Life Pets 2. This is amplified as the family takes a trip out to the country and stay at a farm. Max learns to overcome fear thanks to a country dog named Rooster. Gidget has to learn to be a cat to get a toy back from a cat lady's apartment. She winds up impressing the cats thanks to a laser pointer trick. You have to see the trick to understand what I am talking about. This is not much of a spoiler in my opinion.

Snowball wants to be a super hero really bad. So he ends up saving a tiger from the circus. The circus owner is mean to the animals in The Secret Life Pets 2. That reminds me The Secret Life Pets 2 does have some perilous moments in it. Characters are saved in the last moment thankfully. The humor in The Secret Life Pets 2 really stands out for me. This one hour and twenty-six minute movie has plenty of good looking, and sounding moments.

There are over eighty minutes of bonus content that comes on the discs of The Secret Life Pets 2. I loved the Super Gidget, and Minion Scouts mini movies. The Secret Life Pets 2 also has deleted scenes, and more behind the scenes content. The Secret Life Pets 2 is one of those movies families can enjoy over and over again. If you kids are young enough you may have to watch The Secret Life Pets 2 quite a few times. Kids really get into The Secret Life Pets 2.
