Bill Lambeer’s Combat Basketball

I am not afraid of retro games. I enjoy finding interesting retro video games for families. From time to time I come across a real stinker. Bill Lambeer’s Combat Basketball is one of those stinkers. The top down viewpoint does not work so great for this game in my opinion. The poor controls do not helping this game. Why are the characters jumping around like the are on pogo sticks part of the time?

If you saw the video I did with Teen Gamer then you know Bill Lambeer’s Combat Basketball is one messed up game. The computer is better than the player. It is nearly impossible to hit shots unless you are in just the right spot and hold for the right time frame. I missed baskets right in front of the hoop multiple times. I was able to easily pass out of bounds to nobody. Bill Lambeer’s Combat Basketball is one of the worst basketball video games of all time.

We can knock other players around in a violent fashion in Bill Lambeer’s Combat Basketball. It is like Bill Lambeer’s Combat Basketball wanted to be NBA JAM but did not do anywhere as well. The sounds are obnoxious at times and okay others. Do not waste your money on this video game.
