Deepwater Horizon
SCORE: 61
I saw Deepwater Horizon selling at a local
retail for five dollars brand new. I decided it was worth the risk to
spend the money on. Plus it has Mark Wahlberg, Kurt Russell, John
Malkovich, Gina Rodriguez, Dylan O’Brien, and Kate Hudson in it.
Deepwater Horizon is based on the real life events that happened with
the real ship and the company BP. Since this is Holly Weird we can
expect the oil company is the bad guy.
I remember the real live events related to Deepwater Horizon. I remember
the Obama Administration going after BP and Transocean. They could not
go after people breaking the law, but man did they go after anyone
related to the oil industry. Very interesting how Democrats behave. They
viciously attack anyone doing anything they do not like, and disobey
laws they do not agree with. How does anyone ever elect them? Oh that is
right Obama was privileged based on the color of his skin.
The issues families with have with Deepwater Horizon are bad language,
blood, gore, death, and vicious attacks on the company BP. I did some
research and found this movie Deepwater Horizon got quite a few things
wrong. Why can’t Holly Weird just stick with the facts? Why must they
redefine everything they touch? I did enjoy seeing someone reference
green tea in Deepwater Horizon. Yoga is something else thrown into
Deepwater Horizon.
It takes one hundred and seven minutes to watch Deepwater Horizon from
start to finish. The bonus content on Deepwater Horizon is The Fury of
the Rig, Deepwater Surveillance, and Work Like an American. I doubt I
will watch Deepwater Horizon anytime soon. I did enjoy learning about
this massive ship and what it could do. It is a real shame the Deepwater
Horizon sunk. It is also messed up the accident happened with so many
failsafes in effect.
There are some wonderful moments in Deepwater Horizon that celebrate
family, friends, and working hard. Deepwater Horizon shows us what
American ingenuity is all about. I personally enjoy watching movies
based on the real life events. I know Holly Weird is not mentally
competent enough to get it completely right. Thankfully there are many
aspects of Deepwater Horizon that are accurate with reality.
