I am so thankful Family Friendly Gaming
was given a digital download code for Ganbare! Super Strikers on the
Nintendo Switch. This is a turn based strategy role playing video game
set in a soccer universe. We play the game on a soccer field. We can
move players, pass, shoot, tackle, and more in Ganbare! Super Strikers.
There are also items to collect that improve the stats of the players.
How are things determined in Ganbare! Super Strikers? The stats of the
players along with their stamina points determines if they will take the
ball, get past a defender, score or more. Passing can be risky at times
if there is a player on the other team right next to them. Why do I say
that? They might steal the ball. Or the player passing may miss the
target altogether. I had that happen a few times.
The modes in Ganbare! Super Strikers are Story Mode, Arcade Mode, and
Options. Within Story Mode we can play Matches, check Equipment, check
Formations, and take the Tutorial. Within Arcade Mode there are Quick
Match, Tournament or League options. Ganbare! Super Strikers has way
more in it that I was expecting from a three hundred meg download.
Two family members can enjoy Ganbare! Super Strikers at the same time.
The graphics are decent in Ganbare! Super Strikers. I love the colors
and player options. The music in Ganbare! Super Strikers is fantastic. I
love the different special effect sounds in this game too. I loved
leveling up players and getting them stronger in Story Mode. I had to
learn who was good at shooting to start to get some goals. Equipping
items teaches that character certain abilities.
I really like Ganbare! Super Strikers. This strategy turn based video
game revolving around soccer feels fresh. I hope to see more games like
Ganbare! Super Strikers in the near future. This game really needs a
physical copy edition. I know a lot of people in the physical copy
movement that would love to play this game. I hope they are given that
opportunity.
