Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
SCORE: 59
Our exploration of the Harry Potter movies
continue with Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. This movie is much
darker than I was expecting. SPOILER ALERT! Harry Potter and the
Half-Blood Prince is sort of like Star Wars the Empire Strikes Back. In
other words the bad guys win a big one in Harry Potter and the
Half-Blood Prince. I am not sure where this franchise will go from here.
Obviously there are some dark magic elements in Harry Potter and the
Half-Blood Prince.
There is a betrayal in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince that was
not very surprising exactly. This character always seemed a bit dark to
me. I am not sure his motives to support the darkness over the light.
Maybe more will come on that in future movies. I know he does not like
Harry Potter. Another dark character was actually not as bad as we
originally thought. Although I doubt it would take much to push him over
the edge.
Things get deathly serious in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. We
finally learn in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince how the dark
lord keeps coming back. A plan is set in motion to stop that from
happening again. There will be some quests that will need to be
completed to make sure it will be a success. I also suspect where a part
of Tom Riddle’s soul may be.
It takes one hundred and fifty-three minutes to watch Harry Potter and
the Half-Blood Prince on DVD. The romance section of Harry Potter and
the Half-Blood Prince could have been left out. It really had little
point expect to make men look bad and clueless. The issues families will
have with Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince are magic, violence,
bad language, blood, potions, death, and more. There are some funny
moments in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
We get a new professor for Harry to get to know in Harry Potter and the
Half-Blood Prince. We also get a new professor of the dark arts in this
movie. That professor will most likely not return in the next movie in
that role. Harry accepts his role as the chosen one in Harry Potter and
the Half-Blood Prince. He does little to prepare for it though in my
opinion. Will the student surpass the teacher in the next movie?
