Rugby 20

Did you catch our Twitch stream of Rugby 20? If not be sure to click here right away. The modes in Rugby 20 are Quick Match, League, Online Match, Solo, My Squad, Challenges, My Collection, Training, Options, and Credits. Two family members can enjoy Rugby 20 at the same time. I could not find any information on a physical copy version of Rugby 20 in the United States. Rugby 20 is just over seven gigs in terms of size.

About all I know concerning Rugby is what I have learned from video games. I also remember a really cool Swing Low Sweet Chariot Youtube video related to Rugby until it was blocked in my country. Sadly Rugby 20 did nothing to improve my understanding of this sport. I am interested in Rugby, and would like the game to teach me more about it. Rugby 20 uses terminology I am not familiar with.

The controls in Rugby 20 are challenging. Noah and I both scored multiple times. Neither of us were able to figure out how to do the try kicks though. Rugby 20 should help players learn the controls a bit better in my opinion. I have played every physical copy Rugby game I could get my hands on and never had these problems with kicking those tries. Other aspects of this sports video game we were able to figure out.

I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a digital download copy of Rugby 20 on the Xbox One. The computer controlled players will not try to tackle an opponent with the ball unless you press the ‘B’ button. It made scoring easy. At the same time it made Rugby 20 feel not very realistic. I remember having to pass a lot to try and get around the defenders in past Rugby video games.

Ultimately we had fun playing Rugby 20. This game is gorgeous and it sounds good as well. I enjoyed the announcers as I played Rugby 20 on the Xbox One. Rugby 20 is also on the PC, and PS4. There is so much about Rugby 20 that impressed me. The kicking for the tries is one of those stand out issues that needs to be addressed in future releases of this franchise. I would love it if it helped me understand the sport a bit better too.
