Wargroove

I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a digital download code to Wargroove on the Nintendo Switch. This SRPG video game with RTS elements is also on the Personal Computer (PC), Playstation 4, and Xbox One. There are physical copies of Wargroove on the consoles. The intro anime cut scene got me very interested in this medieval based video game. There are four kingdoms in Wargroove.

The issues families may have with Wargroove are violence, magic, lack of attire, enticement to lust, horror characters and more. Expect to fight skeletons, vampires, demonic powers and more in Wargroove. The battles can take some time in Wargroove as well. Wargroove is four hundred and twenty-nine megs in terms of size. Thankfully it will not take up too much of your disk space.

Wargroove can be played in Story or Multiplayer Mode. There is a Codex all about the characters and lore of this fantasy world. One of the cool things about this strategy role playing video game is we can capture villages. The more villages we have the more money we have. The barracks are then used to add more troops to the battlefield. When can eventually over power our opponent with troop generation.

The music in Wargroove is fantastic. It made me feel great while playing this retro looking video game. Graphically Wargroove reminds me of the Advanced Wars franchise. Characters have sound bytes while conversations are going on. Wargroove starts with an assassination of a king. His daughter then takes over ruling the kingdom. Wargroove does a great job teaching players how to play this game.

Wargroove can be played in Arcade, Campaign, and Puzzle modes. DLC is also available for Wargroove. The strategy elements of Wargroove are pretty solid. Battles can take some time though. Especially when we are trying to capture/conquer everything. The multiplayer aspect of Wargroove will really help with the replay value. As long as you have enough people around to use it. I can see Wargroove gathering some fanboys.
