Williams Pinball Volume 6
SCORE: 76
Followers of our
Twitch channel that have notifications turned on were able to watch
me play the three tables in Williams Pinball Volume 6, and interact with
me while I played them. They also were able to see our really cool
custom emojis. I am so thankful for everyone that came by and made it a
fantastic live stream. The three tables within Williams Pinball Volume 6
are Funhouse, Space Station, and Dr Dude’s and His Excellent Ray. You
might notice from my score that this volume is my least favorite of all
the Williams Volumes. I will explain that.
I never got a ball saved when I played Williams Pinball Volume 6. Which
baffles me greatly. The ball would get launched, bounce for a bit and go
right down the middle. On other Pinball FX3 tables the ball would be
saved in that instance. All three of the tables in Williams Pinball
Volume 6 have a real problem with the ball falling through the middle.
That is the biggest reason I am not fond of these Williams Tables as the
others.
I had another interesting thing happen while playing Williams Pinball
Volume 6. The Space Station table let me save a ball. That ball came
down the table right at the end. The flippers would not budge though. I
thought that was a bit lame. Give me an extra ball but not let me
interact with it. I felt like what was the point of that? Let me watch a
ball go away without a chance to use it. I thought at first I was
getting an extra ball.
Williams Pinball Volume 6 is a two hundred and fifty-three meg download.
There is no physical copy version of Williams Pinball Volume 6 in the
United States at this time. I expect at some point there will be. Zen
Studios has released compilations in the physical copy realm before.
Viewers of our
Youtube FFG Haul live streams saw that VR compilation I purchased
from the UK. I love being able to purchase things like that and have
them work on my PS4.
All three tables in Williams Pinball Volume 6 light up really well. The
astronaut floating around over the Space Station table is pretty cool.
Funhouse has some neat electrical things going on. Dr Dude even has some
neat things happening with the three parts of the personality. I was
able to get skill shots on the Dr Dude’s table with ease. Leveling up
does improve these tables thankfully. The middle outs are my biggest
problem with Williams Pinball Volume 6.
