Angry Alligator

I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a digital download code for Angry Alligator on the Nintendo Switch. There are physical copies of Angry Alligator available at retailers. Angry Alligator is also on the Playstation 4. We take on the role of an alligator in Angry Alligator. The hoomans are the bad characters in Angry Alligator. In fact if you get too close to a hooman they will start kicking you and chasing you. I learned to steer clear of the hoomans and any animals way bigger than me.

The first lesson I learned in Angry Alligator is it is really easy to die. Players must constantly hunt and eat with their alligator. The alligator's health drops pretty fast so we must eat more to survive. This can be a bit of a problem when we are hunting prey that fights back. I died multiple times trying to eat something that was attacking me and taking my health away at the same time. This was a real pain at times.

As we level up in Angry Alligator we get stronger and can go to other locations. There is a red dot on the map showing where we need to go next. At times that dot vanished and I was hunting all around for where to go next. Other times I was in the general area but not at the exact right spot. The camera is a pain because of being able to see above and below. There might be some food underwater we want to try and eat.

There is no blood or gore as we eat in Angry Alligator. Once we chomp something it just vanishes. Then our health is increased. We do missions for a wise gator in Angry Alligator. I could not make it half way to the locations without having to stop and eat multiple times. The sprint button is hand when trying to eat something. The animals get stuck in certain spots and are easier to catch.

Angry Alligator looks okay and it sounds nice. Even though the struggle was real with eating all the time, and the camera I found Angry Alligator to be an interesting idea. Families can learn a bit about gators in Angry Alligator. I hope some of the issues I found are cleaned up. I liked walking around this fantasy cartoon world as a gator. I think there are plenty of other families that feel the same way.
