Bubble Guppies The New Guppy
SCORE: 84
I am very appreciative of the fact Family
Friendly Gaming was sent a retail copy of Bubble Guppies The New Guppy
on DVD. This kid’s show contains four animated episodes. Those four
episodes are The New Guppy, Dragons N’ Roses, Genie in a Bubble, and The
Mighty,Untidy Titans. Preschoolers can learn some great lessons in
Bubble Guppies The New Guppy on DVD. You might be able to guess some of
them from the episode names.
The first thing you need to know about Bubble Guppies The New Guppy is
the theme song and the music will get stuck in your head. Why do they
make the jingles for the kids shows in such a way that they stay in your
brain hours and days later? I can see why some teenagers are not happy
about shows for little kids. They probably don’t feel very cool singing
the Bubble Guppies theme song in front of their friends.
Bubble Guppies The New Guppy lets us meet Zooli. As you can probably
gather Zooli is the new Bubble Guppy in the show. She is a racially
diverse character that likes animals. She helps save the day in the
episodes on the Bubble Guppies The New Guppy DVD. An example is when she
tricks the sea witch into transforming into a small creature that makes
her lose that necklace and the ability to transform.
Kids can learn about shapes, colors, patterns, and more in Bubble
Guppies The New Guppy. One of the big lessons in Bubble Guppies The New
Guppy is how important friendship is. I wanted to tell you friendship is
magic but that is another girl’s franchise. I like how one of the
characters investigated why the dragon was roaring. SPOILER ALERT! There
was a thorn in her paw from smelling the roses.
One thing about Bubble Guppies The New Guppy that confused me is the
different sizes of the dragons. One was small and one was huge. It felt
like a plot convenience moment to me. Kids even noticed this and asked
how come the second dragon was so much bigger when the first episode
taught they are small. You may think kids don’t notice these kinds of
variance but they do. They are smarter than many give them credit for.
