Doctor Who The Edge of Reality
SCORE: 64
Family Friendly Gaming was given a digital
download code for Doctor Who The Edge of Reality on the Xbox One. I was
unable to find any information on a physical copy of Doctor Who The Edge
of Reality. This video game continues the legacy of Doctor Who The Edge
of Time. Please note that Doctor Who The Edge of Time was a VR video
game. A reality virus is threatening this science fiction universe
through some time glitches. The thirteen and the ten doctor are present
within Doctor Who The Edge of Reality.
I was warned about the glitches before I started playing Doctor Who The
Edge of Reality on the Xbox Series X. I was also told that the glitches
will be fixed. I ran into some while I played Doctor Who The Edge of
Reality. This game is a first person puzzle video game. We must pick up
items and use them to be able to continue through the game. Maybe we
need to find some keys, or a code to safe. Whatever it is we must
constantly look around and collect things.
Journal pages are strewn across the levels in Doctor Who The Edge of
Reality. Many times those journal pages are hidden in interesting
places. The first person perspective in Doctor Who The Edge of Reality
got me a little bit sick. The darkness of the game probably had
something to do with that. Why is Doctor Who The Edge of Reality so
dark? It is creepy and makes me think Doctor Who The Edge of Reality is
trying to be one of those despised horror video games.
I found it is very easy to get stuck in Doctor Who The Edge of Reality.
There is very little direction in Doctor Who The Edge of Reality. We can
find cool scenes like a Dalek stuck on a high powered magnet. You must
be looking that direction at the time to be able to see that. I kept
having to check a FAQ to figure out how to progress in Doctor Who The
Edge of Reality. Which really hurt the game play experience. There are
times the game tells you what to do but nothing I tried made it work.
Other times I was left in the cold walking around an area looking for
what was next.
Sadly Doctor Who video games do not have a good image in the industry.
Doctor Who The Edge of Reality does nothing to help with that. Doctor
Who has also gotten controversial and highly divisive with some of its
radical content. We stopped watching Doctor Who years ago because of it.
I really hope this franchise can make a come back but honestly I do not
see the willpower to return to its center or core.
