Doom Patrol The Complete First Season
SCORE: 28
Viewers of our FFG Haul live streams knew
this review was coming. How did they know that? Doom Patrol The Complete
First Season on DVD was shown as a purchase made in November of 2020. I
knew very little about the Doom Patrol. I recognized it as a DC Comics
product but not much beyond that. I could not remember if I had read any
comics on these characters. I thought I might have decades ago and they
would be similar to Justice League Dark.
Doom Patrol The Complete First Season is not a show for children. The
levels of macabre, morbid, gross, offensive, and disgusting content in
this show are off the scale. We have blood, gore, nudity, bad language,
enticement to lust, sex outside of marriage, magic, sexual deviancy, and
more. Doom Patrol The Complete First Season is anti-Christian, anti-God,
anti-male, and attacks normal people at every opportunity. No wonder
there are toxic hater groups out there attacking Christians – shows like
Doom Patrol The Complete First Season are washing their brains.
The characters in Doom Patrol The Complete First Season are reluctant
heroes at best. The oddity and weirdness in Doom Patrol The Complete
First Season is off the scale. We have talking rats, roaches, and more.
Mr Nobody the main villain is the narrator of most of Doom Patrol The
Complete First Season. He brings a bit of humor and class to this major
train wreck. He even breaks the fourth wall in one episode.
Doom Patrol The Complete First Season shows Holly Weird’s morals,
ethics, and values (or lack of them). Doom Patrol The Complete First
Season makes heroes of people who should be seeking mental health
treatment. Doom Patrol The Complete First Season could easily fit under
the definition of hate speech against those that follow traditional
values. The excessive uses of profanity make zero sense and do not fit
in Doom Patrol The Complete First Season.
There are numerous creepy moments in Doom Patrol The Complete First
Season, but not to the level of horror. We have a brain in a robot body,
a possessed man with a negative spirit, Cyborg, a blob lady that can
sometimes control her shape, and a multiple personality disorder that
has different powers per personality. The man leading them Chief is a
bit of a mad scientist. SPOILER ALERT! Chief was the cause of the grief
for his entire team. Nothing like hating on leadership again.
